NovaTris builds and supports a range of education programmes that enable learners (in initial or continuing education) to acquire or develop the skills required to feel comfortable in an intercultural environment, irrespective of their field of study or their professional and personal experience.

In its capacity as the Université de Haute-Alsace’s Centre for cross-border skills, NovaTris endeavours to create a safe environment that is conducive to experimenting in unconventional areas and topics, making it possible to take risks, experience diversity in practice, and develop self-confidence, by pushing beyond one’s comfort zone. Developing a sense of independence, encouraging active participation and supporting a cross-disciplinary approach form the core of our teaching philosophy at NovaTris.
