They practiced tandem as participants and discussed the definition of objectives as well as main principles, conditions and advantages of the method.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7120 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-216x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"216\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-216x300.png 216w, http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-736x1024.png 736w, http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-768x1068.png 768w, http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-1105x1536.png 1105w, http:\/\/www.novatris.uha.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CouvLogbook_FFT-1473x2048.png 1473w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 216px) 100vw, 216px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A second two-day session took place on-site at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uha.fr\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universit\u00e9 de Haute-Alsace<\/a> (UHA) in Mulhouse on March 31<sup>s<\/sup><sup>t<\/sup> and April 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2022. This allowed participants to meet each other face-to-face for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Participants received a <strong>training guide<\/strong>, which gathers contents related to the training and ideas for tandem activities.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, this session allowed participants to <strong>test themselves as trainers<\/strong> by facilitating a tandem activity for the rest of the group. Moreover, tandem accompaniment was further discussed through <strong>case studies<\/strong> and debriefing phases.
